This is a full-time position based at our head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage continuous improvement projects, from documentation to implementation, in accordance with established procedures.
  • Prepare all required documentation to ensure proper project tracking and traceability.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information to support improvement initiatives.
  • Propose ideas, tools, or activities to optimize existing processes.
  • Implement approved solutions and ensure follow-up.
  • Communicate with internal and external specialists to obtain the necessary technical or operational information.
  • Organize, lead, and summarize meetings related to project progress.
  • Manage project-related human resources in accordance with established schedules.
  • Train users on implemented improvements and document related procedures.
  • Share knowledge in continuous improvement to help increase overall expertise within the company.
  • Contribute to addressing company priorities (feedback, actions, maintenance, etc.).
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering.
  • Member of the OIQ.
  • PMI certification (asset).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or professional industrial engineering role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management related to continuous improvement or human resources.
  • Knowledge of planning software (Gantt).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks and PDM.
  • Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in the rehabilitation or healthcare sector (asset).
