Amylior is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily operations at its Vaudreuil distribution center. This role is hands-on and central to coordinating warehouse activities, leading a team, and ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the warehouse team (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Plan and assign daily tasks to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper transaction processing in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Actively participate in day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, health and safety standards, and best practices.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, customer service, and transportation teams.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a warehouse team lead or supervisor.
• Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (inventory and operations).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) is a strong asset.
