As a Junior Buyer, you will support the procurement team in day-to-day purchasing activities, including supplier follow-ups, order tracking, and data entry. This role contributes to maintaining adequate inventory levels and supporting smooth operations.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our head office in Vaudreuil-Dorion.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Follow up on purchase orders
• Update purchasing-related information in the system
• Prepare purchase orders to replenish materials and various merchandise
• Perform other related tasks as required

Required Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
• Autonomy and ability to organize work effectively

• Punctuality and reliability
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
