Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Manufacturing Operator actively participates in the fabrication and assembly of Amylior’s positioning products. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring product quality, following established manufacturing procedures, and supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the plant. Through attention to detail and a strong team-oriented approach, the Manufacturing Operator contributes to delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Sherbrooke facility.
Responsibilities
- Operate equipment used in the manufacturing of positioning products;
- Ensure daily follow-up of production orders;
- Participate in the fabrication and assembly of products;
- Perform inventory transactions and participate in inventory counts;
- Ensure the quality and compliance of manufactured products;
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning activities;
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment;
- Perform any other related duties required within the scope of the position.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing environment – an asset;
- Ability to safely and effectively use cutting tools;
- Good manual dexterity and strong attention to workmanship;
- Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions;
- Proficiency in French, spoken and written;
- Knowledge of English – an asset.
