As a Customer Service Agent, you will report to the Director of Customer Service and play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relations. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. Along with effective communication with customers via phone and email, your mission will be to meet customers’ needs seamlessly.   • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Work with internal departments to meet customers’ needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Support technical advisors when needed

Required Skills:

  • Relevant work experience
  • High-School diploma required, College diploma (DEC) in admin or marketing, an asset
  • Excellent phone etiquette and very good English/French verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Technical knowledge in power wheelchairs, an asset
  • Teamwork-oriented
  • Ability to multitask, organize, make decisions, prioritize work and show professionalism
