As an Accounting Clerk at Amylior, you will play a key role in managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and verifying financial documents. This position offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to the efficient operation of our finance department while growing your expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Match receiving slips with invoices
  • Verify purchase terms (price, delivery, quantity, etc.) on supplier invoices
  • Match delivery slips with purchase orders to issue invoices
  • Send written notices and account statements and make collection calls in accordance with Amylior’s accounts receivable policy
  • Follow up on past due accounts and report results to the Financial Controller
  • Create reports or tables

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Languages: English and French (spoken/written)
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable
  • DEC in Business Administration with a finance focus or DEP in Accounting
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
