The incumbent ensures the accuracy of financial records, supports the production of reliable financial information, and contributes to operational decision-making. The role includes managing general ledger activities, overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.<\/p><p>This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Vaudreuil-Dorion headquarters.<\/p><p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Manage the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial data;<\/li><li>Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations;<\/li><li>Monitor inventory accounting and contribute to the analysis of manufacturing costs;<\/li><li>Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities;<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls and support internal and external audits;<\/li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis of business results;<\/li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes;<\/li><li>Support the optimization and effective use of financial systems and management tools;<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable tax, regulatory, and accounting requirements;<\/li><li>Perform any other related duties required within the scope of the position.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;<\/li><li>Minimum of five years of experience in accounting or finance;<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis;<\/li><li>Knowledge of accounting in a manufacturing environment and inventory costing;<\/li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel;<\/li><li>Experience with an ERP system such as Business Central, M1, or an equivalent system \u2013 an asset;<\/li><li>Experience supervising or coordinating processes \u2013 an asset;<\/li><li>Experience working with auditors, financial institutions, or external partners \u2013 an asset;<\/li><li>Proficiency in both French and English*, spoken and written;<\/li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Profile:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Strong
