In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the rigorous compliance of Amylior products, from inspecting raw materials to verifying the finished product. You will play a key role in identifying non-conformities, resolving quality issues, and actively sharing your expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of each product destined for delivery with exact client specifications.
• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished products.
• Identify any non-conformities and complete the documentation related to these findings.
• Review customer returns and fill out associated reports.
• Effectively manage and resolve quality issues related to production.
• Actively share in-depth knowledge of quality with other team members.
• Utilize standardized documents at each inspection stage to ensure assessment precision.
• Proactively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of existing processes.

Required Skills:

• College degree (DEC) in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in metrology and blueprint reading
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality, within the manufacturing industry would be an asset
• Ability in using metrology tools and handling parts for inspection
